Frost 'Road Not Taken' Model Essay Answer A Grade

(0)
Rober Frost’s ‘The Road Not Taken’ Model Answer / Example Essay > A grade at AS/A Level This is an essay which one of my students completed recently on Frost’s ‘The Road Not Taken’, answering the question 'Comment closely on ways in which the poem explores individuality.' It’s marked using the CIE / Cambridge Literature Mark Scheme (9095), but this is a high quality essay that would likely achieve an A grade were it written for similar exam boards - OCR, AQA, WJEC, CCEA, Edexcel etc. It covers context and critical approaches via an examination of alternative interpretations. It may also be useful for the more ambitious GCSE level students who are looking to push their analysis and essay writing skills further. **CONTENTS: ** The Poem Exam Question Example Plan Example Essay / Model Answer Grading / Marks and Feedback

An Inspector Calls: A* / L9 Essay Example

(0)
This is an example of a high grade A*/L9 essay for ‘An Inspector Calls’. It was completed by a teacher, not in timed conditions, to set an example for high achieving students, so it is beyond the requirement of a high grade for GCSE. However, students are encouraged to read it and deconstruct it to get ideas for their own essays and structuring-it is also useful in terms of learning how to develop a sophisticated approach to essay phrasing, techniques, and vocabulary.
